£40,000 - £50,000 doe

Let s cut to the chase you re great at sales and know the food industry inside out. We re looking for someone like you to join us as an Area Sales Manager and take control of our UK midlands region.

You ll be growing our business, acquiring new clients, and keeping the current ones happy. It s all about knowing your customers, spotting opportunities, and ensuring everything aligns with our strategy. And, of course, you ll be on the road a lot if you re not already packing your bags, you re probably not the right fit.

What you ll be doing:

• Owning the sales pipeline building relationships with key players and ensuring our products land where needed.
• Constantly looking for new opportunities while keeping existing clients engaged and growing.
• Digging into market trends, crunching margins, and keeping the sales reports flowing.
• Working closely with the sales management team to keep everything on track (but adding your magic where needed).

What you bring:

• Experience in B2B sales in the ingredients sector (pastries, ice cream, or food ingredients? Even better!).
• A proven track record of driving sales and hitting targets.
• Fluent English (bonus if you can throw in some Italian, but not essential).
• Confidence with numbers you ll be doing margin analysis and market surveys like it s second nature.
