Key Responsibilities:

- Daily management of contracts, including task allocation and supervision.
- Oversee programming and organisation of plant, labour, and materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor contract progress to ensure adherence to programme and budget.
- Assist in valuations and manage subcontractor payments.
- Represent the company at contract progress meetings.
- Prepare contract progress information for in-house meetings.
- Promote high standards of safety and quality on-site.
- Mentor and supervise your contracts team.
- Collaborate with other business units and support services.
- Challenge and improve current systems.
- Implement HR policies and carry out performance reviews.

Required Criteria:

- NVQ/C&G Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience
- Experience in supervising and mentoring operatives/apprentices

Desirable:

- Valid CSR Card
- IPAD 3a/3b
- PASMA Combined
