Your new company
As a void and empty homes professional, you will join an award-winning provider of affordable homes based in the Greater Oxford and Oxfordshire regions. Your new company is responsible social housing landlord, managing over 12,000 homes across the region, ensuring buildings are safe and well-maintained.

Your new role
We are seeking a productive and experienced Voids & Empty Homes Manager to join a dynamic property maintenance and improvement team. You will be responsible for managing the void and empty homes process, ensuring that properties are re-let to the highest of possible standards. Your role will involve robust coordination with a framework contractor, to ensure that works are completed on time, to quality, and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate experience working in a void / empty homes management role, within a social housing environment. A HNC, HND or equivalent qualification within construction, or a degree in building surveying (or similar), will be required.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will be able to work flexibly across the duration of your contract, which includes working from home options. This position will pay a competative daily rate of pay, on a weekly basis, in addition your contract is likely to continue to extend, and may also progress into a permanent role.
