Help Desk Analyst Huntsville AL (Fully Onsite) We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support a team in Huntsville AL. This role is fully onsite (day shift) at the company's Huntsville AL location. The ideal candidate will: Have previously worked as a Help Desk Analyst or has Public Safety Software experience Love resolving issues Have strong organizational skills Have the ability to prioritize actions Work well with others Have great customer service skills What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have): Bachelor's Degree 4 years of applicable experience or equivalent applicable experience Candidate must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a US Secret clearance. Customer support/help desk experience required or Public Safety Software experience. Familiarity with Computer Aided Dispatch systems or Public Safety Software a plus Experience with Microsoft operating systems. Windows 2016 Server and Windows 10 experience required. CompTIA Security certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire date. Must work well with others, be able to learn new technologies required. Exhibit excellent work ethics and verbal communications skills required. Ability to function independently with little supervision and guidance required. Availability to travel as needed to customer sites required. Ability to work directly with customers to gather required information to resolve issues Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite products required Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle preferred. Familiarity with relational database structure preferred. Must be able to work, days, evenings, nights and weekends to support a 24/7 help desk Required Level of Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
