AP Clerk - Phoenix

We're looking for an Accounts Payable person to join our Accounting team. The individual supports the team with processing
accounts payable, including daily processing, reviewing, and submitting payments to vendors.

Responsibilities include:


  • Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial procedures;

  • Pay vendors by processing approved check requests submitted in accounting software;

  • Perform daily transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data;

  • Adding and updating vendor account information when necessary;

  • Communicate with vendors and internal employees to obtain required documents needed for processing invoices and payments, such as W9s and banking details; and



Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related accounts payable experience in a professional services environment;

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel;

  • Self-directed individual with strong organizational skills, highly detail-oriented, and a strong sense of urgency;

  • Elite Enterprise experience, or other legal accounting software, preferred; and

  • High School Diploma required.
