As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of project management within the Mission Critical Division. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage client relationships. Your expertise will be critical in steering project success from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met and company standards are maintained.

We partnerd with a general contractor, seeking a Project Executive to oversee their growing Mission Critical Division. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader to join a highly reputable organization known for delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing mission-critical projects, a keen eye for detail, and excellent leadership abilities.

Description

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of mission-critical projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to monitor progress and performance.
  • Implement best practices in risk management, safety, and compliance.
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all team members.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in construction project management, preferably within the mission-critical space.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project).
