It's our mission to make residential bathroom remodeling an effortless experience, handling every detail from design and selection of quality products, to demo and installation. It is our desire to empower our franchisees with the tools, training, and resources they need for success. We are currently seeking a Sales Program Specialist who will enhance the sales processes and provide critical support to our franchisees from our corporate office.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Program Specialist, you will focus on optimizing sales strategies for our franchisees. This role is not customer-facing; instead, you will work behind the scenes to enhance sales processes. You'll provide essential support to franchisees, ensuring they have the training and resources necessary for effective sales management, while also coordinating communications between franchisees and the corporate sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance and best practices for improving sales processes and closing techniques for their sales teams.
  • Identify opportunities for program improvements and implement changes to optimize sales performance and lead generation.
  • Monitor sales activity and performance metrics to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to closing sales.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to develop tailored performance improvement plans to enhance their sales effectiveness.
  • Manage data entry, prepare reports, and facilitate communication between sales teams and franchisees.
  • Assist in training franchisees on effective sales strategies and the use of sales tools.
  • Ensure accuracy in sales tracking systems and CRM platforms to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Support the rollout of new sales tools, ensuring franchisees are equipped to manage their sales pipelines effectively.
  • Provide day-to-day support for sales administrative tasks, including scheduling and report generation.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of sales processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for franchisees.
  • Participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives, identifying ways to streamline operations and enhance overall performance.

Travel Requirements:
This position may require up to 35% travel to support franchisees and enhance the sales program.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales support, lead generation, or administrative roles, with a focus on managing customer data.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with franchise teams.
  • Experience with various sales and lead management technologies, including CRM systems, data analytics tools, and project management software.
  • Background in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve closing rates.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including franchisees, corporate teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred but not required.

Why Join Us:

  • An impactful role in driving franchise success through support and process improvement.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for professional development.
