Description

  • Oversee all aspects of ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the daily operations of the construction site, including workforce scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Profile

  • Experience in ground-up construction for any of the following sectors: Community, Corporate, Healthcare, Medical, Education, High-Rise, Office, Data Center, Multifamily, or Senior Living.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
