Job description
Overview:
Parkwest is seeking for an enthusiastic, motivated Casino Administration Manager. The Casino Administration Manager coordinates and supervises all administrative aspects of the Casino administration office, providing support to the Casino Manager and gaming management team. Oversees administrative staff and ensures efficient operations, compliance with policies, and alignment with company standards and values.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily activities of the Casino administrative team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Manage and delegate administrative tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately by the team.
Monitor workload and performance of administrative staff, providing feedback and conducting regular performance evaluations.
Ensure all administrative policies, procedures, and protocols are being followed by the team.
Address team member concerns and resolve any interpersonal conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Train new administrative hires and provide ongoing training and development to existing team members.
Assist with overall general office administration duties such as screening calls, preparing paperwork, typing memos, and making appointments.
Assist in the preparation of administrative documentation, including but not limited to new hire paperwork, performance review processes, timekeeping adjustments, vacation and PSL forms.
Oversee team member data input and filing into the team member file program.
Sort and prioritize items for gaming management and address those that do not require managerial attention.
Coordinate events with the Marketing and Advertising departments, including internal and external promotional campaigns.
Act as a liaison between the gaming department and other departments, ensuring clear communication
and smooth collaboration.
Maintain and manage confidential files for the gaming office.
Assist in special projects as necessary.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite to include Excel, Word, Outlook Microsoft PowerPoint and Acrobat.
Must be able to pass mandatory screening including a background check and drug test.
Must be at least 21 plus years of age.
Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Must be avaialble to work on call and overtime when needed.

Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism
Willing to work overtime when necessary and/or on occasion and special projects, may be asked to work different shifts to include weekends.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of Business Admin, Hospitality Management or related field.
Previous casino or hospitality administration/management experience of 5-7 years.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day.
Position will require repetitive use of hands for the following actions; simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling and reaching for entire shift.
Position may require exposure to excessive noise.
Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
