Job description:

Duties

Responsible for Installing, configuring and testing all in-scope software components within a predefined environment in support of the MA Divestiture to HCSC throughout 2024 and 2025.

Responsible for software development tasks across Oracle RDBMS stored procedures, Python ETL scripts and Groovy scripted Workflows.

Responsible for integrating with REST API Endpoints, Kafka Topics and RDBMS sources with complex SQL queries.

Responsible for utilizing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and participating in a full software development lifecycle.

Responsible for code reviews and defining automated test cases.

Responsible for participating in an Agile scrum team and expected to have experience with all Agile ceremonies.

Responsible for documenting development releases, communicating status, and providing demos to stakeholders.

In Scope Components: Enterprise Reference Data Management

Collibra Data Intelligence, instance 1 (RDM) and Workflows and data related to MA

Distillery - Framework and ETL scripts moving MA data

Oracle RDBMS Data model and stored procedures moving MA data

Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) Dashboards and reports related to MA

Ref Data API's Endpoints being executed by MA systems

Ref Data Kafka Topics being consumed by MA systems

Collibra Data Governance

Collibra Data Intelligence, instance 2 (ETDC) Workflows and data related to MA

The current deployment plan is to attempt to consolidate this instance with RDM in Silverton

Collibra Edge Site Connections to MA databases in Silverton

Skills

Proficient in Oracle RDBMS Data Modeling

Proficient in Oracle RDBMS PL/SQL Advanced Querying

Proficient in Oracle RDBMS Stored Procedure Development

Experience in Python ETL Development

Experience with REST API Integrations

Experience with CI/CD and DevOps Pipelines

Experience with Site Reliability Engineering

Healthcare Experience

Reference Data Experience (Medical, Procedural, Diagnosis, Drug Codes and Similar)

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Similar
