Senior Program Manager

Contract Duration 6 Months

Pay range $90 - $100/hr

Hybrid, required on-site in Dublin 3-4 days a week.

Job Summary:

The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the T&S Transmission and Substation Operations Performance Management Team. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be able to lead weekly operational review meetings, guide associates, and effectively communicate with a large audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead weekly operational review meetings, guide associates, and demonstrate strong leadership presence and articulation skills.

Performance Management: Review safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale metrics to identify areas of concern and improvement.

KPI Development: Collaborate with department heads and analysts to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports.

Business Understanding: Possess a deep understanding of the business, departments, and metrics driving performance.

Reporting and Analytics: Implement and maintain reports and dashboards, prepare forecasts, and create presentations for company leadership.

Data Analysis: Develop data visualization and analytics to provide actionable insights for operations and management decision-making.

Problem Solving: Pay close attention to detail, question strange events, and resolve ambiguous situations.

Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Data Analysis: Possess a strong understanding of tools used to extract and analyze data.

Problem Solving: Analyze and solve business problems at their root, considering the broader context.

Urgency and Prioritization: Exhibit a high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing requirements.

Self-Starter: Be a self-starter who knows when to seek guidance and collaborate with team members.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related quantitative field.

3-10 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to lead and communicate effectively with a large audience.

Proven ability to guide and mentor team members.

Experience in performance management, data analysis, and reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
