Department Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Planning & Strategy Manager to support the Boost Mobile Sales Operations team.
This individual will be developing a roadmap for a business, including its goals, objectives, strategies, and actions to achieve them. They will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing planning processes and operational efficiency.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing strategic plans, coordinating day-to-day operations with sales teams, Operations Team, Account Management team, Business Development Team, Marketing, Network, and HQ team and implementing initiatives to deliver Retail Sales (dealer Channel) Budgets and Goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Lead the planning and execution of key organizational initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain robust data infrastructure and perform analytics to provide meaningful and timely business insights to maximize business performance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in business planning, strategic planning, operations management, or related roles.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with C-suite and other extended leadership engagements.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices

This is a fully in-office/onsite role, based in El Segundo
Travel:
Willingness to travel nationally up to 25% or as needed for Executive support

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
