Job Title: Legal Executive Assistant/ Paralegal

Location: Emeryville, CA (On-site)

Salary: Up to $100,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Executive Assistant in Emeryville, CA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, assistance with legal research and analysis, ensuring the smooth operation and extensive client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.

  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Assist with conflicts checks, retainer agreements, expense reports, communicating directly with clients

  • Organize and maintain legal files and records.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a legal environment.

  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
