The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine offers four dynamic MBA programs - plus PhD, specialty masters and undergraduate business degrees - that prepare business leaders for our digitally driven world. Responsibilities:
The Visual Content Creator / Manager will lead the development, management, and distribution of dynamic and engaging content across various media platforms, including Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and our school website (merage.uci.edu). This pivotal role will enhance the school's image and reputation by ensuring cohesive messaging and strategic outreach through collaboration with program managers across the institution.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $85,400- $103,250 (Annual).
Required:
Proven experience in content creation, video production and content distribution, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.
Strong understanding of video production, social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent production, editing, and communication skills.
Knowledge and competency in AI tools and applications.
Advanced skills to devise broad design ideas, present them to clients, and produce results on time and within budget.
Advanced interpersonal communications skills, including active listening skills and skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to effectively provide advanced design advice and consultation to partners on all aspects of visual communications.
Critical thinking skills, advanced organizational skills and proactive problem-solving / problem resolution skills.
Expert knowledge in video production equipment and software.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Film or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience
Special Conditions:
Hybrid position with some onsite work expected each week.
