Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) is searching for a Scheduling Analyst to join the 3D Integration and Imaging Sensors Center in Lompoc. This position will support material planning and production control functions for both engineering development and production programs. Candidates should be capable of working with a multifunction team to plan inventory levels and shop floor order releases based on program requirements and ensure program schedules are met. Tasks associated with this Production Control role include but are not limited to analyzing material positions, releasing work orders and material through production per the schedule requirements, analyzing work-in-process (WIP) to evaluate program position, expediting WIP through the factory, prepare reports and status manufacturing progress within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) atmosphere as well as participating in various factory meetings, and review contract requirements for end-item deliveries while generating the request for shipping documentation What You Will Do: Supporting material planning and production control functions in a semiconductor wafer processing cleanroom environment
Release work orders
Analyze work-in-process to meet program schedule requirements
Plan and monitor inventory levels
Create purchase requests
Create shipping documentation
Expedite WIP through the factory
Prepare status reports to communicate with programs
Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's degree is required; ideal majors would be in business, operations, supply chain management, industrial technology, industrial distribution or equivalent
This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer: Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Project application, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint applications
Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Ability to create manual time phase assembly plans

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
