Job description

  • The Solution Center Associate serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR support.

  • The role involves providing resources and solutions to inquiries, maintaining documentation, escalating issues as needed, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

  • The Associate will uphold the university's vision, culture, and values by delivering clear, efficient, and courteous support.

  • Responsibilities include opening and managing cases, ensuring accurate records, and following up to resolve issues in a timely manner while adhering to all HR service level agreements.

    Must-Haves:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience

  • Outstanding Communication Skills

  • Proficiency in Computer Skills

  • Prior experience in a Call Center

  • Contact Center/Customer Service Experience; HR experience is preferred

    Nice to Haves:

  • Professional and Neat Appearance

  • Familiarity with Workday

  • Some college education, with a preference for bachelor's degrees

  • Preferred HR Experience

  • Knowledge of HCM Systems

    Education:

    Some college education required; bachelor's degrees preferred
