Your Role as a Group Director of Case Management:

Strategic Execution: Lead and facilitate the performance of hospital Directors of Case Management in areas such as Level of Care, Length of Stay, and Payer Authorizations.

Operational Oversight: Oversee group hospital case management and utilization review operations, ensuring cost-effective and clinically sound care delivery.

Leadership Development: Participate in the selection and onboarding of new Directors of Case Management, providing mentorship and guidance.

Performance Optimization: Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor and improve hospital utilization performance, ensuring timely and appropriate patient throughput and reimbursement.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as The Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in business, Nursing, or Healthcare Administration for RNs, or Master's in Social Work for MSWs.

Five (5) years of acute hospital case management or healthcare leadership experience.

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LMSW) license.

Preferred:

Advanced degree in business, nursing, healthcare administration, health science, or a related discipline.

Multi-site hospital case management leadership experience, business planning, and project management experience.

Accredited Case Manager (ACM) certification.
