Job description

JOB OVERVIEW: Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible with the safe and efficient operation of multiple sets of heavy equipment such as cranes, clamshells, power shovels, motor graders, heavy loaders, carryalls, bulldozers, rollers, scrapers, and large industrial tractors with pan or scrap- per attachments. • Operator must read and interpret grade and slope stakes and simple plans, and may grease, adjust and make emergency repairs to equipment.
• Conduct of general maintenance and repairs to support training ranges in an operationally ready and safe conditions, and assisting in the fabrication of facades and target structures, etc.
• Operation of forklifts, zoom-booms. QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have a current state and Government Driver's License
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment on construction sites.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. • Clearance Level: Secret (Must have an active DoD security clearance or be able to obtain one)
