YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!:
The Program Manager is responsible for Supervising, projecting and integrating the Mission and Core Values of WORLD and the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) within and outside of the organization. The Program Manager will be responsible for assisting with the leadership, logistical, programmatic, administrative, operations, and the quality assurance structures of WORLD programs across multiple funding sources.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists in the daily program operations of the organization and provides administrative support for all program staff.
Prepare weekly reports, manage data, and present information relative to the funded projects to management.
Develops reporting and data collection tools for the project team.
Completes written documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
Provides oversight and direction to the program staff and community outreach workers (if contracted).
Manages, tracks and approves time and expense reimbursements for program staff.
Develops a monthly outreach calendar for the project team and determines schedules for program staff and community outreach workers.
Identifies sites and project partners for funded programs. Develops necessary Memorandums of Agreement with partners.
Participates in all funder meetings and provides updates to management.
Create, review and implement a social media awareness campaign related to programs and community resources.
Create, implement, and continuously improve systems, policies and procedures for programmatic operations for the organization.
Identify, develop, and pursue funding opportunities for the organization.
Support Executive Director in all stages of the program development process, including conceptualizing work, creating budgets, coordinating with partners, and conducting evaluation
Ensure compliance with grant reporting requirements and document grant reporting guidelines
Other duties as assigned.
Admin/Operations
Manages program inventory for the organization and the implementation and maintenance of effective inventory control mechanisms.
Manages the ordering and procurement of supplies needed for the program and office.
Actively contributes as a member of the organization Leadership Team to support the staff.
Represents organization leadership internally and externally.
Cross-trained with the role of the Operations Manager to ensure organizational stability.
Participation in Meetings/Committees
Attends all funder meetings and other meetings as assigned.
Represents organization leadership at meetings and in the community.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises funded programs, staff and community outreach workers.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Public Health from four-year college or university, or other Health Care Administration and Operations related field and/or four to six years related experience and/or training, preferable in non-profit and/or health care environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. HIV support service experience is a plus.
Computer/Software Skills & Abilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Google suit and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Familiarity with web-based applications like Google and mobile applications (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat).
Conducts professional use of company e-mail
Language Skills
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, medical professionals, and coworkers.
Other Skills & Abilities/Qualifications
Sensitivity to issues surrounding HIV, AIDS and COVID.
