Job description

The BCS Preschool Administrative Assistant will assist the BCS Preschool Director. This role will involve providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the preschool. The Administrative Assistant will assist parents, staff, and students while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This includes managing phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, as well as maintaining records and files. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Part-time position

Provides general administrative support to the BCS Preschool Director.

Assists with parent inquiries and provides information about the preschool.

Manages phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

Schedules appointments and maintains calendar for the Preschool Director.

Maintains records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assists with enrollment and registration processes.

Coordinates parent communication and newsletters.

Assists with preschool events and activities.

Salary Range : $8,320 -$16,640.00

Part Time

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Passionate about working with children and creating a positive environment.
