This position requires regular licensure, CEU continuing education, travel to quarterly company events in the USA, and a strong ability to network, career-minded efforts and a passion for the industry's ability to help clients in their best interest. We are seeking part time and full time agents. Licensed Life/Health Agents Can Start Immediately If Not Licensed- Great Training Program to Obtain License. No Cold Calling - Work with In-House Leads- People who took the time to fill out a form in THEIR HANDWRITING and REQUESTED FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT AND HELP THEM. WORK IN A TEAM BASED ENVIRONMENT RESIDUAL INCOME TRAINING WITH TOP PRODUCERS YEARLY EXOTIC INCENTIVE TRIPS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Agents with a Business Mindset Driven to Succeed And Help Others Driven to Change Their Financial Situation Self Motivated Hard Working Self-Directed and Work Unsupervised Coachable-Very Important Team Player/Leader Willing To Plug Into Our Training Program And System Bilingual is a Plus but not a requirement SKILLS Communication: Insurance agents need to be able to communicate with customers and colleagues both verbally and in writing. Customer service: Insurance agents need to respond to customer inquiries, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner. Time management: Insurance agents need to be able to prioritize their activities and manage their time effectively. Attention to detail: Insurance agents need to be able to produce accurate work and may require less supervision. Negotiation: Insurance agents need to be able to negotiate to find the best insurance products for their clients. Customer relationship management: Insurance agents need to be able to build and maintain processes for handling policy changes and following up with customers. Organization: Insurance agents need to be organized. Problem-solving: Insurance agents need to be able to solve problems. Analytical skills: Insurance agents need to have analytical skills. Mobile Phone Home Computer, Laptop and Internet Tech Savvy Abilities INCOME: Part Time- 35-75k Full Time- 100k+ First Year Average: $300-$1,000 commission Per Appointment REQUIREMENTS: Life Insurance License HUGE PLUS or Willingness To Obtain Health Insurance License HUGE PLUS or Willingness to Obtain AHIP Medicare License HUGE PLUS (Can Be Obtained In 20 Days Or Less) This position is a commission only position with incentives, bonuses and no caps or quotas.
