Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Command and Control (C2) Systems Integration Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (Exam MS-900) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner Certification. Additionally, the candidate must hold an industry-recognized project management certification and adhere to DoD 8570.01-M requirements. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and de-conflict C4 systems integration with higher, adjacent, and supporting organizations within the Department of Defense to align with MAGTF command and control network and critical systems. Discover, request, and maintain C2 systems ports and protocols for pertinent MEF C2 systems, coordinating requests within the I MEF G-6. Support and assist in integrating warfighting systems within I MEF, ensuring network firewalls and VLANs are established to enable C2 systems functionality in garrison and tactical domains. Provide support and coordination with I MEF staff sections for project management related to C2 systems and information technology in garrison and tactical environments. Recommend resource alignment and prioritization, coordinating directly with staff sections to understand C2 application requirements, including programs of record such as JTCW and TCS. Coordinate with staff sections to identify and prioritize information exchange requirements and systems supporting each phase of exercises or operations, particularly in C2D2E environments. Support the development and execution of CONOPS, plans, and annex U, providing governance and oversight on the employment and integration of C2 systems in accordance with I MEF TTP. Advise on the creation of TECHDIRs and OPDIRs to assist in de-conflicting the C2 communications architecture.
Develop and assess operational metrics, analyze feedback, and recommend integration and employment of new technologies to enhance command and control capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (Exam MS-900) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner Certification.
Industry-recognized project management certification.
Adherence to DoD 8570.01-M requirements. 4+ years' experience commissioned or staff non-commissioned officer military experience at an operational or joint level, specifically at the MEF, Major Subordinate Command (MSC), or Marine Forces (MARFOR) Level, or equivalent commissioned experience at a sister service Operational Planning level.
Familiarity with staff processes and battle drills at a higher headquarters level, specifically at the MEF MSC or MARFOR Level, or equivalent commissioned experience at a sister service Operational Planning level.
Knowledgeable in the integration of Intelligence, Maneuver, Fires, Logistics, and Collaborative C2 Systems, specifically with working knowledge of MEF Operational Orders and process.
4+ years of IT project management experience.
