About Us:
Better Buzz Coffee in Mira Mesa is looking for SHIFT SUPERVISORS to join the growing beehive!

Our SHIFT SUPERVISORS are part of our leadership team in our cafes.

Pay $18.35 + tips that historically average around $5 - $6 dollars extra per hour.

We offer a flexible schedule and hope that our supervisors can work 28+ hours per week.

Responsibilities:
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating the Buzz Life experience for all guests and team members. The Shift Supervisor serves as a shining example of excellent service for both internal and external guests. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent Better Buzz experience that is in line with the values of the company. The Shift Supervisor provides support to all members of Better Buzz and ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.

Duties:

Responsible for balancing and managing deposits

Active in inventory and waste management

Administer breaks

Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures

Any other duties at the discretion of the general manager or other members of leadership

Better Buzz Coffee is a local USDA Organic Certified Coffee Roaster with multiple current locations and growing. We source and roast all our coffees and we are dedicated to our purpose of providing the Better Buzz experience by fueling each day with exceptional coffee and food in an inspiring environment.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred

1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred

2-3 years of Food and Beverage experience preferred

Drive-thru experience preferred

Coffee experience preferred

Must be available to work at least 5 days of the week and a minimum of 28 hours

Must be able to work 2 of the 3 busiest shifts of the week

Must be able to work a mixture of open, closes and mid-shifts as dictated by the business needs
