Role: CLM PdM Product Manager

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6 Months

Client- Business Capability, Design & Delivery team is looking for an experienced Product Manager. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible to drive the planning, testing, and execution of large technology solutions. You will work with internal customers to collect and prioritize key business requirements in support of the technology solution roadmap and vision. You will collaborate with other product managers, architects, business analysts to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, validate and solve business problems and partner with engineering team to design and develop technology solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll Do:

Collaborate with various internal customers (e.g Contract Ops, Revenue Ops, Legal Ops) to understand their requirements for Contract Lifecycle Management Systems and distill into a relevant, actionable roadmap

Collaborate with the Privacy and Security teams to understand their requirements for Data Privacy and Security and distill into a relevant, actionable roadmap when needed

Create business cases outlining projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmap

Drive alignment and communication with partners with conflicting demands

Write detailed product requirements and end to end use cases to be used by engineering & design teams

Effectively present information to technical or non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates

Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements

What you need to succeed

7+ years proven track record in software product management for Contract Lifecycle Management systems, managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, development, and support

Customer-centric approach with strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with interfacing with customers to understand their pain-points and needs and how to solve them.

Practical knowledge of business processes, enterprise applications

Solid knowledge in Contract Lifecycle Management a must

Knowledge in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity preferred

Ability to understand complex integrations and organizational structures that support enterprise, commercial and partner selling motions.

Proven ability to lead and align multiple partners across various levels of the organization and geographies.

Excellent conflict-resolution management skills; effectively facilitating teams to successfully resolve issues.

Attention to detail with a proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a distributed team across North America and India.

Must be self-motivated and comfortable being held accountable for developing and executing plans and actions.

Important note from hiring Manager:

Exp around domain of Quote to Billing/ Provisioning on subscription based Billing ( MUST)

SAP knowledge is required. (nice to have)

5 + yrs relevant exp

Overall Q to Prov. , Client has these flows from SFDC to MSD, not from CRM but E2E process.

Provisioning and ordering and billing area on impact analysis , Changes, revamping of few flows ( Business, collect req, Engineering , Test scenarios etc.)

SAP: Ordering and billing is in SAP is MUST.

Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent;

MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
