Psychiatrist opening in CA
Full Time Position
Part-time positions considered

Outpatient-Only Psychiatrist to Join Expanding Behavioral Health Program in Highly Desirable Marin County.

The Position
Seeking full-time and/or part-time outpatient psychiatrists for opportunities in our ambulatory clinic and/or PHP/IOP to grow existing programs.
Ambulatory clinic is located in Novato; PHP/IOP is located in Greenbrae; options for a portion of telepsychiatry as clinically appropriate.
Call schedule: no call at present.
No restrictions on practicing outside the group. Opportunity to include psychotherapy in your practice.
Social Work assessment and collaboration with all patients.
Dedicated time for collaborative team approach on all patients.
Opportunity to collaborate with co-located multispecialty medical providers.
Consult/liaison, inpatient and/or outpatient moonlighting opportunities, if desired.

Qualifications for this Position
M.D. or D.O.
Board certification or eligibility (with intent to become certified within 1 year) in Psychiatry is required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with patients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
Practice evidence-based medicine and possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience.
Spanish-speaking a plus, but not required.
