Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Program Manager to lead the Women's Back to Work (WBW) and Returnship programs. In this leadership role, the Program Manager will collaborate across departments to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that empower women to re-enter the workforce. This position requires an individual with strong strategic and marketing skills to promote the program, alongside the ability to lead efforts in skill development for returners. The role will involve planning Power Hours, webinars, and other relevant activities to drive success. A focus on fostering Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) within the company is key, and female candidates with exceptional communication, reading, and writing skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall strategy and execution of the WBW and Returnship programs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Sales, and Operations) to ensure smooth implementation and success.
Strategize and drive marketing initiatives to promote the WBW program both internally and externally.
Lead grooming and training sessions to prepare returners for re-entry into the workforce.
Plan and facilitate Power Hour sessions, webinars, and career development activities for program participants.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all WBW program activities, managing relationships with participants and stakeholders.
Promote the company's D&I efforts, driving gender balance and equitable opportunities through this program.
Monitor program progress, gather feedback, and make continuous improvements to enhance its success.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in program management, particularly in women's return-to-work initiatives or workforce development programs.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and lead diverse teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Experience leading D&I initiatives within an organization.
Ability to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred: Female candidates with experience in workforce development, corporate training, or returnship programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
A passion for empowering women to return to the workforce.
Leadership experience involving cross-departmental collaboration.
Expertise in organizing and delivering webinars and workshops.
