Job description

Community Manager is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property(ies) and ensures that the operations in assigned areas follow standards and expectations of Operation. Requires on-site living, some evening hours as needed, and the use of independent judgment and decision-making skills. It is expected that a significant portion of the time is required to spend at the property, may travel as needed and at times may work off site. Maintain accurate resident files to industry standards. Partner with local community resources to help support residents. Advocate for residents, problem solve, assist with conflicts that may arise. Must be comfortable working with domestic violence, homeless, and human trafficking victims. Work closely with community emergency responders. Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and strong problem-solving skills in high stress settings.

Minimum Requirements: Current CA Driver License and Insurance. Property Management, preferred. Community outreach, required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree, preferred. Real Estate experience, preferred. Professional certification in property or affordable housing management preferred.
