Title: Program Manager I

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension

Compensation: $38-58/hr

Work Requirements: US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:

Program Manager I

A Program Manager with 2-4 years of experience in consumer hardware is needed to support sustaining operations across various reporting, system maintenance, and procurement functions.

Responsibilities:

Reporting: Prepare and consolidate KPIs, maintain attendee lists, track meeting minutes, and develop presentation slide decks.

System Maintenance: Set up and manage internal tools, notifications, and Workplace/Wiki pages; ensure up-to-date incident management.

Procurement & Purchase Orders (POs): Create, track, and audit POs as required.

Project Coordination: Oversee project plans, coordinate technical integration, and present proposals and reports to internal teams and clients.

Technical Needs Analysis: Assess technology needs, resource allocation, and market demands to evaluate project feasibility.

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and support client negotiation when needed.

Required Skills:

Experience: 2-4 years in consumer hardware.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of MS Office and Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail, with proven time management abilities.

Leadership: Capable of providing supportive performance feedback with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
