About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Client Solutions Director to join our team and drive revenue by generating, negotiating, and optimizing business opportunities. This role will involve using data and analytics to build consultative solutions and managing new and existing client relationships within the IT services and outsourcing sector, focusing on Fortune 2000 companies. This role aims to enhance market position by creating new revenue streams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients.

Lead sales and new client acquisition efforts in assigned markets and geography.

Identify business opportunities, present capabilities, and secure client commitments to drive revenue.

Analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.

Serve as a coach and advisor to C-level executives on strategy development, leveraging global sourcing and positioning as a trusted partner.

Stay current with market trends and competition, participating in trade events, conferences, and forums, and providing insights for offering differentiation.

Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Sales Revenue Generation: Target sales of $XX Million Annual Contract Value (ACV).

Generate 40-50 leads in the first three months, followed by 5-10 leads per month.

Pipeline Management: Track and prioritize leads to maintain a 3x pipeline for meeting ACV goals.

Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of IT-managed services and stay current on industry trends.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify target markets and competitive positioning.

Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals.

Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates, including pipeline progress, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for smooth project execution and successful IT-managed services delivery.

CRM Utilization: Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate customer information.

Opportunity Pursuit Activities

Create sales pitches and presentations.

Identify client needs and collaborate with practice teams to develop tailored solutions.

Participate in discovery sessions and due diligence with prospective clients.

Provide pricing inputs and participate in contract negotiations.

Assist in Quarterly Business Reviews to drive cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.

6+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in IT infrastructure services within an IT outsourcing environment.

Proven success in prospecting, closing new accounts, and experience with RFP/RFI processes.

Strong track record in achieving sales quotas and targets.

Experience managing full business solution cycles in a global delivery model.

Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
