What you'll do as a Project Coordinator
Ability to read Telecom system prints or previous experience reading engineering drawings.
Reporting production, status of jobs and billing information.
Construction Work Face Planning experience preferred.
Project Controls 1-3 years of experience working on construction projects is ideal.
Detail-oriented and able to perform quality assurance audits on reporting.
Good verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.
Must be able to work independently to complete deliverables on a daily basis.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel) ability to navigate large amounts of data to support contractual reporting requirements quickly through pivot tables, sumifs, v-lookups, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Permit experience required.
Possess valid Driver's License.
At least 1-3 years relevant experience.
Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
Good organization, multi-tasking, time management and documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience / knowledge of State, Highway Department & Municipal requirements for Tele-Communications construction permitting processes.
Working knowledge of traffic control permitting requirements.
Proficient with Microsoft suite. (Word, Excel, etc.)
Demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Professional and Microsoft Project.
Some knowledge of As Builts.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships at all levels.
Ability to interact effectively with other team members.
Must be able to follow instructions and directions to perform job tasks.
Demonstrates a strong capacity to quickly adapt by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones
Additional qualifications (if applicable)
Construction experience preferred but not required.
Permit experience required.

Salary Range $21 to $27 / hour
