Job description

The Construction Superintendent coordinates site activities including trade and field personel in order to complete commercial and multifamily projects on time and within budget. They are in charge of maintaining quality and safety practices.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Run/manage commercial and multifamily construction project from start to finish
  • Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget
  • Maintain quality and safety standards
  • Mentor and manage team members
  • Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings
  • Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Develop site utilization and logistic plans
  • Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism

Profile



The Successful Construction Superintendent:

  • Ground up commercial construction experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial construction superintendent
  • Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software
  • Ability to travel for out of state assignments. This is a Colorado Springs based opportunity but some travel may be necessary.
