We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team and support critical accounting functions. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys maintaining accurate financial records, managing vendor relationships, and performing essential bookkeeping tasks in a flexible, part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily entry of vendor invoices and manage vendor communications.
  • Prepare accounts receivable invoices and track payments.
  • Maintain detailed records of expenses and assist in ordering facility and office supplies when needed.
  • Record bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accurate reconciliation with ADP quarterly reports.
  • Manage fixed assets and maintain insurance schedules.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Organize resources and documentation to meet objectives efficiently.
  • Tackle challenges by providing timely and effective solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • At least 2 years of bookkeeping or relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
