The Estimator II will collaborate with the Estimating/Pre-Con Director to prepare estimates and gather data for bid proposals. You'll maintain accurate pricing information and work on diverse projects across various sectors.

Description

  • Gather, calculate, and compile data for conceptual/bid proposal estimates.
  • Prepare routine estimates under general supervision.
  • Maintain current and accurate pricing information from suppliers and contractors.
  • Work on diverse projects across retail, hospitality, entertainment, education, corporate, healthcare, and industrial sectors.

Profile

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in construction estimating. You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, and Excel, with a good understanding of PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM software. You are detail-oriented, capable of working under general supervision, and have strong communication skills. You thrive in a dynamic work environment and are eager to contribute to various high-impact projects.
