Client Details

Our client is a growing family owned business who are making a difference in the education space. Their major clientel is within K-12, and will connect you with some of the best educators in the region.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

    • Introduce cutting-edge curriculum software to current and potential school district clients.
    • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, sales campaigns, marketing efforts, and client support.
    • Conduct client site visits, provide quotes, and follow up to ensure successful conversions.
    • Prospect, build, and manage a pipeline of opportunities through the sales cycle.
    • Present and propose solutions to executive-level decision-makers.
    • Maintain regular contact with accounts, promoting new and existing products, preparing RFPs, and closing deals.
    • Grow and expand relationships within assigned accounts.
    • Provide daily client support and manage qualified sales opportunities.
    • Respond promptly to product inquiries and qualify leads.
    • Build relationships with software vendors, attend product trainings, and support internal teams in understanding the product portfolio.
    • Take on client training and onboarding for these solutions within 6-12 months.

Profile

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, or a related field.
    • A minimum of three years of experience in education or sales, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
    • Experience working closely with educators and curriculum coordinators.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to meet individual goals.
    • Confident presenting to both small groups and large audiences, with knowledge of hardware and software used in K-12 education.
    • Proven ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Highly organized and self-motivated.
    • Strong time-management, record-keeping, and planning skills.
    • Preferred: Experience with SMART products and other A/V technologies.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
