VCA Veterinary Specialists of CT is looking to expand their surgical team! Veterinary Specialists of CT is seeking a Lead Veterinary Anesthesia Technician to join the specialty surgical team at our 24-7 hybrid and specialty referral hospital in West Hartford, CT. Lead Veterinary Anesthesia Technician Responsibilities:
Monitor and coordinate an efficient flow on the floor
Support the team development
Anesthesia procedural monitoring
Full Technician Skill Utilization
Collect patient history & physical exams
Refill medications refills and communicate with clients
Medical calculations
Venipuncture / IVC placement
Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)
Work collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
Provide compassionate care for all patients

Potential Schedule: Full-time, weekday shifts. Incentivized voluntary on-call shifts. Compensation: $28- $32 per hour
