JOB TITLE: DevSecOps Engineer
GOVERNMENT AGENCY: DOJ NSD - National Security Division
POSITION INFORMATION: Full-Time Position; Government contractor supporting DOJ NSD
LOCATION: Washington, DC (onsite)
POSITION TIMING: Position requires candidate to obtain SCI prior to starting; can take 2-4+ weeks to process

The Infrastructure Support and Software Development Services division provides all IT services necessary to support the NSD's Infrastructure & Operations as well as Software Development, Engineering, and Service Desk. Responsibilities
- Ensures that security is integrated with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Works on combining software development and IT operations to create a more streamlined and efficient development process. - Knowledge with both development and operations, including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, and DevOps toolchains. Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience - Proven experience in a DevSecOps engineering role
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, as well as software development methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree, preferred
- Active Top Secret, required WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Candidate must be able to function in general office environment
