We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in hospitality construction and office buildouts to lead high-profile projects across Florida. This role is based in Fort Lauderdale and requires a proactive leader who excels in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Description

  • Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and compliance with local building codes.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the site team, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
  • Handle client communication and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resolve issues, anticipate project risks, and implement solutions to ensure smooth progress.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on hospitality construction and commercial office buildouts in Florida.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
