Job description

• Only qualified Supply Planning Analyst candidates located near the Weston, FL area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

This Supply Planning Analyst is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of supply management experience

  • Experience with materials management and supply of externally sourced production materials

  • Familiar with handling raw material, finished goods, MRO, launch and prototype materials

  • Typically requires a university degree, or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience

  • An understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline

  • The ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience

  • Typically requires a degree or equivalent and no experience

    Supply Planning Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Plans, schedules and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers

  • Determines material requirements and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering

  • Develops specifications for new contract orders
