In this role, you will be responsible for the development, management, and coordination planning for the delivery and facilitation of technical and development programs, working with the Core Technical Training Lead. You will focus on improving Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) of operations and support personnel. You will partner with subject matter experts to collaborate on programs, deliver curriculum, and assess outcomes for enhancing the development of our team members. You collaborate on the development and delivery of professional development content to a wide range of audiences and must be comfortable delivering presentations, both in-person and using virtual digital tools. You will conduct follow-up to determine applicability of course materials. In addition, you will also partner closely with instructional designers to have end-to-end program design, delivery and improvement ownership for professional development and functional training offerings.

Scope of Position

This role encompasses several areas of focus each guided by a director, who from time to time may
contribute to multiple cross-discipline areas, but concentrates their efforts on one or more focus
areas supporting construction project management team members.
This role is responsible for the planning, development, and management of technical training and
engagement programs. This position will focus on construction team members' technical training
requirements and engagement programs reporting to and working collaboratively with Director - Ops
Risk & Controls and PM Operations Manager. This role partners with subject matter experts throughout
the organization to collaborate on programs, deliver curriculum, and assess outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provides leadership and facilitates planning and implementation of various
technical training initiatives and other programs aligned with Director - Ops Risk & Controls
and/or PM Operations Manager, in support of business goals and strategic objectives.
2. Liaise with PM Operations Manager and Director level Supervisors on expectations.
3. Facilitates communication, alignment, and implementation of learning development, and
engagement related activities in support of business goals and strategic objectives.
4. Establish strong partnerships with key business stakeholders to continuously remain aligned with
current business issues and opportunities, related to technical training, development and
engagement of Haskell team members.
5. Ensure accurate interdepartmental workflow and data integrity in accordance with standards and
guidelines.
6. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create technical training content and work with
instructional designers to develop comprehensive training and engagement programs.
Education & Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources/business or related field with 5 years of related experience and/or
combination of equivalent education and experience. Experience with marketing desired. Demonstrated
leadership, collaboration, innovation, project management, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
Qualifications

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
