Job description

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to work with large data volumes and be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of logical data structures and analysis techniques

  • Data tracing, Data mining, visualization, analysis - identifying patterns/trends, exploratory data analysis, root cause analysis

  • Strong working knowledge of Workday and Resources at Client

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering results quickly and efficiently

  • Highly proficient in MS Office - Excel

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • HR technology experience a plus

    Data Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Run ad-hoc analysis to analyze and reconcile data between Workday and Resources at Client

  • Develop and implement manual controls/mitigation strategies to address known data related gaps and deficiencies

  • Provide input to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the overall data analysis processes

  • Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making and planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.

  • May be involved in exploratory data analysis and confirmatory data analysis

  • Deals with complex and highly variable issues
