Requirements
Two - Three years in Security
One year in Supervisory Position
Shift Schedule
Thurs,Fri, Sat, Sun 4pm-Midnite and Tues Midnite - 8am
Specific Driving Requirements:
Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 12 months), and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
Team leaders with prior supervision experience in the security industry should apply immediately!

Qualifications:

Security Site Supervisors oversee and manage site activity. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.
Responsibilities:
Working Site Supervisor on shift
Interact with all (clients and visitors) in a professional demeanor
Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support
Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract
Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports
Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy
Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner
Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.)
Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner
Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary

Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Security D licensing (Required)
Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Required)
Valid TWIC Badge
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
Professional demeanor and appearance
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Attentive to detail
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
