What the AP Staff Accountant will do:

• The AP Staff Accountant will manage the full AP process from matching & coding to posting and cutting checks.
  • Manage roughly 150 invoices weekly
• Dive deep into the financials, verifying, allocating, and posting business transactions with precision into subsidiary accounts and the general ledger.
• The AP Staff Accountant will complete GL reconciliations
• The AP Staff Accountant will assist with monthly financials

What the company looks for in an AP Staff Accountant:

• Bring at least 5 years of experience in AP
• Associates or Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related
• Excel skills are the cherry on top!

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. This role is fully on-site.
