Key Responsibilities: & Outbound Calls:Reach out to clients whove expressed interest in our products, offering them valuable information and support. & Inbound Calls:Answer incoming calls from clients, addressing their questions and providing top-notch customer service. & Client Assistance:Help clients navigate our product offerings, clearly explaining the features and benefits tailored to their needs. & Record Keeping:Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions in our system. & Customer Satisfaction:Strive to exceed client expectations, ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued and satisfied. Requirements: & Experience:Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus. Skills: o Exceptional verbal communication skills. o A friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. o Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently. o Proficiency with call center software and CRM tools. o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Education:A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
