Job description

Top global private equity company located in Miami, Florida is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant /Office Manager to the Latin America Sales Team. This position will start ASAP and will be an open ended temporary role with the possibility of going perm down the line based on business needs and performance. Hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm with flexibility to come in earlier and stay later as needed. This is on-site 5 days/week.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage heavy calendars
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Answer phone lines
  • Oversee monthly expenses
  • Handle expenses for team members
  • Order/track office supplies
  • Preform general office cleanliness duties as needed
  • Ad hoc projects and other admin tasks as requested

Qualifications:

  • At least three years of corporate support experience
  • Experience in finance or similar environment strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Confident individual with the ability to get things done
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Hourly rate:

  • $40/hr DOE
  • Free lunch daily in office
