The Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Architect is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the MDM solutions within Lennar. The role focuses on establishing a reliable and efficient system for managing master data to ensure its quality, consistency, and accessibility. The MDM Architect will work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, technology, product and development teams, and data governance committees, to develop and maintain a comprehensive MDM solution for Lennar.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Translates business and technical requirements into a comprehensive solution architecture and documents all solution design and analysis work to achieve business objectives.
Monitors the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies, such as aging technologies or misalignment with business requirements.
Supports end-of-life product decisions, ensuring the maintenance, refresh, or retirement of services, systems, and technologies.
Facilitates evaluation, selection, and total cost of ownership (TCO) for software products and services, while designing standard and custom software configurations.
Consults across technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings to drive targeted business outcomes, collaborating with architecture, infrastructure, security, and data teams.
Leads the design, analysis, and implementation of a solutions architecture that aligns with enterprise business strategy, business capabilities, value-streams, business requirements, and enterprise standards.
Develops technical solutions, including hands-on configuration, customization, and integration work in Reltio MDM and related technologies to ensure successful implementation and alignment with the architecture.
Participates in code reviews, design sessions, and development activities to build scalable MDM solutions that support data governance, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Works closely with the technical program manager to ensure project deliverables match expectations throughout the project or product lifecycle.
Provides deliverables, including standard definitions, reference models, and architecture designs to support architectural governance and assess the impact of new and ongoing technology investments.
Collaborates with development teams to ensure that the solutions are properly implemented, optimizing performance and resolving technical issues that may arise during the implementation.
Implement data quality management practices to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data.
Lead efforts to resolve data-related issues and ensure continuous improvement of data quality.
Ensure that MDM solutions comply with relevant data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
Implement data security measures to protect sensitive master data.
Requirements
Reltio MDM Expertise - Deep knowledge of Reltio platform features, configuration, customization, and integration.
Master Data Management (MDM) - Extensive experience in implementing and managing MDM solutions, including data governance, data quality, and data stewardship.
Enterprise Architecture - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
Solution Design - Ability to translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive architectural solutions.
Integration Architecture - Experience designing and implementing integration solutions with various data sources and applications (e.g., APIs, middleware).
Data Modeling - Knowledge of data modeling principles and how to design data structures for MDM systems.
Cloud Platforms - Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions, particularly in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
Software Development - Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar for customization and development of MDM solutions.
Database Management - Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., SQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., NoSQL, MongoDB) as they relate to MDM implementations.
ETL Tools & Data Integration - Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools like Informatica, Talend, or similar.
API Management - Understanding of API design and management to integrate MDM systems with other platforms.
Security & Compliance - Awareness of security standards, data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), and the ability to design secure data architectures.
DevOps & Automation - Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools for managing deployments and environments.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
Collaboration & Communication - Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and data teams.
Project Management - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure alignment between project deliverables and architecture.
Vendor Management - Experience working with software vendors for solution evaluation, selection, and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments.
Technical Documentation - Strong skills in documenting architecture, design, and implementation processes for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven analytical, planning, organizational and technical and skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with developers in an outsourced environment.
Skilled at understanding the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
Trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders and IT development teams.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in MDM, data management, AWS/Azure Cloud Solution Architecture or related areas are a plus.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
