We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale multifamily projects in Miami, Florida. Description

  • Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale multifamily construction projects from planning through to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, address potential delays, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Manage and oversee project budgets, change orders, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on multifamily or large residential projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multimillion-dollar construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Miami/Florida building codes and regulations is preferred.
  • Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus.
