Key responsibilities include:
- Surveying properties and conducting structural assessments
- Writing detailed building reports and scope outlines
- Managing diaries and tasks to expedite cases and maximize resolution
- Writing detailed and precise estimates
- Statewide travel
- Using available technology to be effective and efficient
- Collaborating with other teams
MUSTs?
- Bachelor's degree, PE License, 2+ industry designations, 3+ years inspecting buildings, estimating property renovations over $150k
- Relentless work ethic, self-motivation, and student mentality
- Senior-level time management, professionalism, and organization
- Ability to thrive under pressure with clients and management
- Outstanding communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
- Curiosity and resourcefulness
- Proficiency in CRM, Google Docs, and Sheets
- Valid driver's license
- Territory travel (15% - 25%) and quarterly travel to Orlando HQ
