Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, the incumbent assists the Restaurant/Outlet Manager in implementing all established procedures for the Sunset Grill.
Responsible for directing staff to create a memorable guest experience.
Ensures that all set-up duties are completed in a proper and timely manner, interacts with guests and assists with all duties when needed.
Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred. Must adhere to policies and procedures.
This position requires multi-tasking with heavy emphasis on providing detailed, organized management of operational functions while being capable or working in an atmosphere where numerous interruptions may occur.
This position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Work Environment
May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
