Overview:
The Business Manager will provide administrative support to the CTO and business management services to the Enterprise Transformation Office leadership team. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage the day-to-day operations, administrative duties, and strategic projects.

What You'll Do:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and TMO objectives are met, driving accountability and results.
Contribute to process optimization, and operational oversight, supporting the organization's objectives.
Prepare and curate comprehensive materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
Oversee and manage the executive's schedule, including high-level meetings and travel arrangements.
Conduct thorough market research, analysis, and benchmarking to support informed decision-making processes.
Organize and facilitate team meetings, supporting the operational needs of the Enterprise TMO.
Address inquiries and resolve issues, escalating as appropriate to maintain operational efficiency.
Manage expense reporting and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring the executive is fully prepared with all necessary materials and relevant information.
Estimated travel up to 20%.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with project management and strong organizational skills.
