Mentor, guide and review the work of junior staff and technical team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards. Conduct quality control reviews and field inspections to ensure alignment with architectural and engineering specifications. Experience in overseeing technical aspects of diverse project types is beneficial. Competency in cross discipline coordination is preferrable.
Oversee project progress, address issues, and make adjustments as needed to maintain alignment with architectural plans and regulatory requirements.
